DustMaster’s Series I and Series II Turbin
Mixers are specifically designed to stabilize & render
dustless (for safe handling) a variety of materials including:
fly ash, economizer ash, steel mill & foundry baghouse
dust, CKD (cement kiln dust), alkaline bypass dust, iron oxides,
heavy metals, FBC (fluid bed combustion) ash, municipal incinerator
waste, incinerated medical waste and nuclear sludge waste.
System rates range from 8 to 200 TPH.
DustMaster’s twin
shaft mixers for general mixing applications have capacities
ranging from 54 to 318 cubic feet. These units feature a 5-year
drive train warranty.
DustMaster paddle
blade mixers are used for refractory mixing as well as
small batch dust conditioning. Sizes range from 8 to 40 cubic
feet.
DustMaster planetary
mixers are used in applications requiring a rapid, homogeneous
mix. Capacities range from 32 to 84 cubic feet.
DustMaster pugmills
feature a twin shaft two motor design. Capacities range from
50 to 400 TPH.
