Texas based manufacturer of vibratory equipment & systems.
JVI engineers, designs and builds quality vibratory equipment
based on 70+ years of experience.  Their
designs are in use worldwide. All of JVI’s offerings
are application specific. JVI customers are not asked to fit
a “standard” JVI design into their process or
work envelope. JVI designs, engineers and builds their equipment
to meet their customer’s needs.

We have partnered with JVI to provide industries with state-of-the-art
vibratory
feeding, screening,
conveying
and elevating
equipment & systems.
JVI’s capabilities range from dosing feeders for minor
ingredients & packaging applications to 2,000+ ton per
hour bin discharge feeders. Our feeding technology includes
both electromechanical
vibratory feeders and electromagnetic
vibratory feeders. For applications requiring coarse separation/feeding,
JVI provides grizzly
feeders.
Our screening technology includes scalping
screens, and
classifying screens.
Conveying applications are addressed using either our natural
frequency or electromechanical conveyors.
JVI manufactures specialty equipment & systems. These
include the Titan
(for discharging long slotted hoppers typically found in truck
& rail unloading applications),
tube feeders (for dust containment and a reliable replacement
for screw feeders), spiral
elevators and thermal processing equipment.
