high-speed, heavy-duty Turbin Mixer produces a homogeneous
mix batch after batch.
Thorough mixing and complete wetting of materials up to 99%
is achieved with the unique concave mixing paddles, adjustable
dwell time and three-dimensional mixing action. The materials
on the bottom of the mixer are forced upward, producing a
uniform mix.
Water distribution is uniform, precisely controlled and fast.
A non-dusting material can be produced with as little as 5%
liquid in only 15 seconds - all of it automated by a system
of electronic controls.
Capacities
Six sizes of DustMASTER systems are available, with maximum
capacities ranging from 20 to 200 tons per hour (TPH).
