Square Grate Magnets
Grate Magnets enable free-flowing products to contact with the grate, capture metal contaminants, and push them out of contact with the product flow. Wash-off back into the clean material flow is prevented. Magnetically engineered to provide a full range of ferrous metal separation from free-flowing products with gravity fall processing applications.
Sanitary Liquid Trap Magnets
Liquid Trap Magnets remove ferrous contaminants from liquid and slurry lines before maintenance and product contamination occurs. Engineered for no appreciable pressure drop or reduction in flow rates. Liquid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically, or on an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.
Power Lift Magnet
Compact yet powerful rare-earth lift magnets can be used on flat or round surfaces to pick and place steel objects or lift dies, molds, steel plates, and more. Lift magnets contain an internal release on/off device that does not contact or damage the part being lifted.
