Accessories
Sauereisen manufactures an accessory line of products
consisting of Membranes/Joint Compounds and Grouts.
Membranes/Joints
Compounds prolong the life of a structure protected by other
materials. Selecting the right material minimizes the vulnerability
of substrate imperfections, expansion rates and long-term
chemical exposure. Chemistries include asphalts, urethanes,
epoxies and synthetic rubber.
Grouts
Well known epoxy and cementitious grouts are ideal for machinery
placement. Chemical resistance, strength and flowability are
selection criteria.
Elastomeric Joint Compound No. 69
A flexible expansion joint and for general caulking and sealing
where permanent flexibility and adhesion are required.
Asphaltic Membrane No. 85
Hot-applied membrane for use under brick linings.
Fib-R-Thane No. 88S/T
Spray or trowel applied, asphalt-modified urethane with fiber
reinforcement.
Fib-R-Thane No. 88P
A pourable flexible expansion joint for concrete.
High Temperature Membrane No. 89
Asphaltic mastic used beneath refractories.
Sheet Membrane No. 90
Reinforced rubber elastomer supplied in rolls.
Grout No. F-100
A nonmetallic, inorganic grout for structural and machine
placement.
Epoxy Grout No. F-150
Epoxy grout for high early strength, good chemical resistance,
and flowability.
Epoxy Expansion Joint Compounds No. 220
& 221
Durable joint filler designed to effectively absorb the shock
and impact of heavy loads and steel-wheeled vehicles over
narrow joints.
PenePrime No. 500
Water-borne epoxy primer used in conjunction with Sauereisen
toppings.
ConoWeld No. 501
Primer used with most Sauereisen topcoats.
ConoFlex Membrane No. 520
Elastomeric epoxy used under chemical-resistant linings to
cope with substrate cracking.
ArctiPrime No. 530
Bond enhancing primer used with Arctikure.
VEPrime No. 550
Vinyl ester primer used with Sauereisen vinyl ester systems.
Hi-Temp Primer No. 560
Moist-cured urethane primer used with several Sauereisen materials.
