Wm. Neundorfer & Company in conjunction with several of our manufacturers services the Wastewater Industry in a variety of ways. From a materials standpoint we supply masonry structure repair & coating materials, joint sealant, hydroactive grout and steel coatings. We have products & systems for all structures and aspects of both the collection and treatment areas with the exception of small diameter sewer line (less than 42-inch diameter).

Collection Structures:
There are generally three major areas of concern, structural integrity, corrosion (hydrogen sulfide, H2S induced) and Inflow & Infiltration ( I&I ).

1. Structural integrity
• For structural repairs our F-120 series of materials are typically used. Structural integrity can also be restored with our F-170 SewerSeal.
  
2. Corrosion
   • H2S (hydrogen sulfide) induced corrosion problems are addressed with either our F-170 SewerSeal (for mild corrosion situations) or one of our series of #210 SewerGard Epoxies.
     
3. Inflow & Infiltration (I&I)
   • Depending on the specific conditions, I & I is addressed with F-370 hydroactive grout (for large active leaks), F-180 Insta-Plug (for stopping active leaks), F-190 H2O Pruf (a negative side waterproofing) and F-88 Manhole Chimney Seal (for sealing the joint between the casting and masonry structure).
     

Treatment Plants:
There are generally two major areas of concern: structural repair and corrosion prevention.

1. Structural Repair
   • For structural repair our F-120 series of rapid setting materials are used when the area needing repair is moderately to severely damaged. Our #209Filler Compound is used for minor repairs as well as crack & bug-hole filling.
2. Corrosion Prevention
   • For masonry corrosion prevention our #210 Series of epoxies is the material of choice. For steel our #212 SewerGlaze is typically used.

Equipment:
WM. Neundorfer & Co. also provides a complete line of materials handling equipment to the wastewater industry. We supply the following:

1. Welded silos & tanks for storage of dry & liquid materials.
2. Pneumatic, electric and ball vibrators for flow facilitation.
3. Point indication, continuous inventorying systems for liquid and solid materials level monitoring.
